What Is An Efficient Freestyle Stroke?

Hi Swimmers,

Have a look at these 2 excellent videos (Part 1 and Part 2) which discuss the different freestyle stroke styles and what is an efficient stroke.

If you have not visited this site before then please do so.  It has a wealth of information including an animated swimming console called Mr Smooth which shows good swimming technique that you can see from all angles and at different speeds.  This can be downloaded to your desktop and is very easy to use.
